I had two pair of boots that were decent brands: Calvin Klein and Nine West. I wore them each a few times out in rain and snow and both boots began to show signs of tears, peeling, and scuffs. I am pretty rough on shoes but I didn’t expect them to peel the way they did. I applied two coats of this: brushed it over the boot, waited 24 hours, applied the second coat…then flipped the boot over and did the other side. The finished product was shiny…a little shinier than what I wanted but they didn’t looked scuffed. I bought a sealer and it did say MATTE but it still has a sheen to it. I have worn the boots out since I painted them and they look so much better. Much cheaper than buying two new pairs of boots
