Shoe dyes can bring a pair of shoes back to life or can help you match a pair of shoes with that perfect outfit or dress. We have a big stockist of TRG Spray Paints. They come in a wide range of colors, from classic shades like black and brown leather dye to bolder hues like red and purple shoe dye.
Are you bored with the color of some of your shoes? Maybe you have an event to attend and can’t find the perfect shade to match your outfit? You can change the look of your shoes by learning how to spray paint them. TRG Super Color provides a professional finish for both leathers and synthetics. However, using a spray means more preparation work is required and colors are not intermixable.
PREPARING:
- Firstly, use a cloth and wet with Stripper. For leather rub vigorously to remove dirt, polish or oils. For synthetics, rub Preparer lightly over shoes. It’s important when stripping to remove the shine from the leather, this will help the paint to bind better to leather.
- After that, cover all areas with masking tape that you are not painting ie sole edges, and pack shoes with paper to stop overspray.
SPRAYING
- Secondly, shake can well.
- Hold can vertically, spraying 20-30 cm away from shoes in a slow sweeping action.
- Apply an even coat and leave to dry for 1 to 2 hrs.
- Apply a second coat. However, if needed a third coat may be required.
FINISHING
- Finally, when completely dry remove all masking tape and paper.
- Finishes to a high shine. You may use a polish to freshen, but do not rub vigorously.
In conclusion, you will not be disappointed with the finish you can achieve with TRG Spray Paints!
